Because OLALA NEON operates under a direct-from-factory model, we maintain strict quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Time Delivery times vary depending on destination: - United States: 5–10 business days - International Orders: 7–15 business days Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

Warranty & Support
12-Month Limited Warranty All OLALA NEON signs include a 12-month warranty from the delivery date, covering: - Manufacturing defects - Electrical malfunctions under normal use - LED failures not caused by external damage
If a defect is confirmed, we may: - Provide replacement components - Repair the product - Offer another appropriate solution Warranty Exclusions The warranty does not cover: - Improper installation - Physical damage (drops, impacts, mishandling) - Unauthorized modifications or repairs - Water damage (unless rated for outdoor use) - Power surges or incorrect voltage - Normal wear and tear
Proper Usage Guidelines To maintain warranty coverage: - Use only the provided adapter and componentsInstall indoors unless the sign is rated for outdoor use - Avoid bending or applying pressure to LED tubing - Do not attempt self-repair without contacting support Failure to follow these guidelines may void the warranty.
