Olala Neon LLC (“Olala Neon,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to delivering high-quality custom neon signs as efficiently as possible. Because our products are custom-crafted and made to order, production and shipping timelines may vary depending on order complexity and demand.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept the shipping terms outlined in this policy.

1. Production & Processing Time

All Olala Neon signs are manufactured after an order is placed and payment is confirmed. Typical order processing includes the following stages:

Quality control inspection 1–2 business days
Packaging & preparation for shipment 1 business day

Total production time: approximately 1–2 weeks before shipment.

Orders are not processed, manufactured, or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If significant delays occur, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Once production is completed, your order will be shipped using the shipping option selected at checkout.

Estimated Total Delivery Timeline:

  • Free Shipping: approximately 2–3 weeks total (production + shipping)
  • Expedited Priority: typically under 2 weeks total

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, as they depend on carrier operations and external factors.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination
  • Package dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before payment is completed.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing:

  • Carrier information
  • Tracking number
  • Estimated delivery timeline

Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours after shipment.

5. Order Changes

If modifications are requested after order confirmation, including design adjustments or shipping address changes, the delivery timeline may be extended depending on the time required to update and reprocess the order.

6. International Shipping, Customs & Duties

For international orders, additional charges may apply, including:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Value-added tax (VAT)
  • Other government-imposed fees

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer. Olala Neon is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

7.1 Damage During Transit

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Images of the packaging
  • Evidence showing when the package was opened

Once verified, we will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and arrange an appropriate resolution. Failure to report damage within the 7-day window may prevent us from submitting a shipping claim.

7.2 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Olala Neon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was lost during transit, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Olala Neon is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Refused shipments
  • Failure to receive the package

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment if the order is returned to us due to address errors.
